Adopter agrees to the following terms of adoption:

1.     Adopter accepts the full responsibility of caring for said cat/kitten, providing properly for its welfare, 
        and to follow the Breeder’s instructions on care, housing, diet and health.

2.     Under no circumstances is said cat/kitten to be sold, leased, or given away to any pet shop, shelter, 
        research laboratory, or similar facility.

3.     Said cat/kitten will not be allowed to roam freely outside unless it is leashed at all times and
        accompanied by a responsible adult.

4.     Adopter agrees to spay/neuter said cat/kitten by the age of 7 months; NO EXCEPTIONS.

5.     Upon receiving written proof of spay/neuter from a certified veterinarian, the official United Feline Organization cat/kitten
        registration form will be mailed to the Adopter.

6.     Adopter agrees and guarantees said cat/kitten WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding.

7.     No cash refunds.

8.     If said cat/kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Adopter will surrender said cat/kitten to 
        Breeder unconditionally.

9.     To the best of our knowledge this cat/kitten is in good health at the time of purchase. We do not
        guarantee life quality, common or minor problems. If said animal is found to be medically deficient
        with an untreatable or life threatening problem within 72 hours it will be replaced with another
        cat/kitten of equal value/price. If no replacement is available at the time, Breeder 
        will have 12 months to furnish a satisfactory replacement.

11.   All health guarantees are void if cat/kitten is de-clawed or allowed to roam freely outside.

12.   If for any reason the Adopter no longer wants said cat/kitten or becomes unable to properly care for
        said cat/kitten, the Breeder will take the cat/kitten back no questions asked. Breeder has the option to find
        a new permanent home for said cat/kitten.

13.   Breeder has the right to cancel this adoption at any time prior to cat/kitten being shipped/picked up/delivered.

10.   Said cat/kitten is being fed Royal Canin Kitten 36 dry food, and is using Tidy Cat clumping litter.


Health Guarantee: 

Breeder agrees that the breeder’s cattery is Feline Leukemia negative, and that all felines are provided proper medical care, housing, and socialization. Said cat/kitten is guaranteed to be of sound health (free of parasites or disease,) and is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours from the time cat/kitten leaves the possession of the Breeder, as long as it is checked by a certified veterinarian within that time. It is important said cat/kitten be isolated from other pets, especially cats, during the 72 hour period. If said cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, it must be reported to the Breeder immediately. It is the responsibility of the Adopter to notify the Breeder immediately of intent to return said cat/kitten, and to return said cat/kitten to the Breeder within 7 days of the time of purchase (arrival.) It is the responsibility of the Adopter to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress; failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. All medical costs are the responsibility of the Adopter and will not be refunded. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the Adopter and will not be refunded. Undesirable behavior issues (inappropriate urination, defecation, spraying, scratching furniture, etc…) are not reasons for return/replacement, and are out of the Breeder's control once the cat/kitten leaves the Breeder's possession.
Said cat/kitten is guaranteed against congenital defects for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. Should said cat/kitten die within this time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY if a necropsy is performed by a certified veterinarian, and a veterinarian’s certificate is provided showing proof of cause of death.
Guarantee does not apply if the cat/kitten has sustained injuries, abuse, or sickness (accept congenital defects,) after it has left the Breeders possession.

This agreement is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the Adopter and Breeder in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties.

Signing indicates agreement to all points indicated above, and is legally binding. In the event of a legal dispute, legal jurisdiction of this agreement shall be in the Breeder's county and state, and all legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the Adopter.
